OTOSTAT Project will be the new magnet of secondhand vehicle trading, located at the center of Asian side of Istanbul, Sancaktepe. OTOSTAT includes 324 independent commercial units in various sizes for new and secondhand vehicle trading. Turkey's leading fleet companies and sales offices will take part in the Project with their generous car park. Facilities like banking, insurance, notary, auto conditioning, accessories and tuning shops and other related services will be the base for B2B and B2C second hand “one stop shopping” concept. OTOSTAT members will access and participation to secondhand vehicle auctions. Hotel facility of OTOSTAT with food court, meeting rooms and gym will serve to customers and members.
OTOSTAT with 43 acres of land owned, developed and constructed by the Gülan Group, facing to Transport Europe Motorway (TEM) that connects Istanbul to Anatolia; will genuinely be a “specialty project” for secondhand vehicle trading, and a “center of attraction”.
