VDNH is a unique historical and architectural complex located in the capital of Russia - Moscow. It has no analogues in the world. The complex includes more than 500 permanent structures. 4 9 of them are the objects of cultural heritage.
However one should not think of the Exhibition as of the frozen monument of the bygone era. From the very first year of its existence it became a laboratory where the best Soviet architects, sculptors and artists experimented with the new Soviet style. From a historical point of view the Exhibition has always been an ideological loudspeaker of the country government.
