Department for the Development of New Territories of Moscow is an executive authority, realizing the state policy in urban planning on territories attached to the city of Moscow. The Department coordinates and regulates the address investment program of Moscow Government on the territories, attached to the city of Moscow, realizes control and coordination on planning, building and reconstruction of the city of Moscow on territories, attached to the city of Moscow at the expense of budget funds. Department realizes coordination of Interaction of city authorities, government agencies, municipal authorities in preparation of urban planning documents.
