Registration fee includes:
- Free access to all events of the Forum, including Academy of Real Estate program;
- Access to the Forum exhibition;
- Access to the conference program events marked as «by invitation only»;
- Access to PROESTATE AWARDS Ceremony;
- Access to VIP-lounge (snacks and drinks during all day);
- Participation in all PROESTATE property tours;
- Organization of meetings with the Forum participants;
- Participant’s package (Forum catalogue, conference program, printed materials);
- Transfer from/ to Moscow airport (airport/ railway station – hotel - airport/ railway station);
- Personal assistant.
Additional services:
Hotel reservation in Moscow for the days of the Forum: Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow 5* or Radisson Hotel Slavyanskaya 4*.
The payment is made within 3 days after receiving an invoice. In case of withdrawal (in written form) before August 1, 2017 the registration fee is fully refunded; in case of withdrawal after August 1, 2017 the registration fee is not reimbursed. Cancellation request can be made by sending an official letter to the Organizing Committee of the Forum. Cancellation is validated by the confirmation sent by the Organizing Committee. Replacement of the participant can be made before August 20, 2017 (based on the official written application from the company).
