The award ceremony will take place in Moscow on September 19, 2018 within the XIII International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE (September 18-20, 2019, Congress Park Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow).
TOBY AWARDS (The Outstanding Building of the Year) are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.
During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green" policies and procedures.
PROESTATE AWARDS is annually held professional award in commercial and residential property, focused on the situation on the real estate market. The award analyzes all stages of the property life cycle, in the framework of the one project and the industry as a whole: renovation of degraded objects, creating comfortable living environment and quality of life, development of new property formats.
