In 1995 Alexander founded the asset valuation company ROSSIYSKAYA OTSENKA. For 15 years it has grown to be one of the leading companies in Russia and since 1999 it is in the top rankings of the Russian valuation ratings.
In 1998 he has gained CPM (IREM) qualification and since 1999 Alexander is the IREM instructor in Russia.

Alexander is also a member of:

  • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS (Great Britain)
  • Co-chairman of the expert board of the National college of evaluators
  • Grandmaster of the non-profit organization Russian college of evaluators

Alexander is an experienced consultant in the real estate market in Russia. Dozens of investment and evaluation projects were completed under his supervision, as well as cost-effectiveness analysis, financial models and concepts for the individual properties, large-scale complexes and land plots.
