In terms of urban development and green living environment improvements Moscow shows tremendous dynamics in comparison to all European capitals: streets and avenues are getting more comfortable and attractive, houses are being built and renovated, embankments are redesigned, new parks and recreation zones for citizens are established. This year Moscow has launched more than 1,5 thousand construction projects. The smart public transport system is introduced. And all this has been made possible thanks to companies and people, active participants of PROESTATE Forum.
Over the past years the Forum has brought together more than 30,000 participants from Russia and 33 countries, including representatives of federal authorities, regional leaders, major domestic and foreign investors. It is worth noting that the investment attractiveness of Russia for foreign investors is growing thanks to such exhibitions - colleagues from other countries network with the leading Russian companies, get information about specific cases and projects and get very positive impressions.
I am sure that this year PROESTATE will be the main platform for discussing the most up-to-date issues of the industry, making strategic decisions, exchanging practical experience in implementing the most productive business models, which would help the construction industry to climb one step higher.
